I too have beeves with both new games. There are no blank tiles in Wordscraper, making it a different game even if you configure the board like a Scrabble board. The Scrabble Beta is to goddamn slow loading. They have to trim down the excess animations and reduce the number of mouse clicks to finish a turn. The title screen L (30%) -O (40%) -A (50%) - D (60%) -I (70%) -N (80%) -G (90%) says it all. Really there's no need for a twirling star to tell me I just scored 26 points. Also not all the people on Scrabulous have migrated over to Scrabble Beta or Wordscraper yet. :-( Scrabble Beta has an error if I try to type in a word, I have to reset the game and manually drag all the tiles or the turn won't take. Grrr.
This was quite the debacle, but I was never really interested in playing Scrabble on Facebook. I play on ISC sometimes and that's fine, but face-to-face is best.
