I can't believe how bad i am at keeping this journal and i know that i'll make a few posts then forget about it again for a year and make a few more posts before forgetting again : ) but i guess everyone knows where i get it from

If you're half as competent as you were eight years ago I'd love to have you on my team sorting out communication and all the things people think of as "admin and PA." It's such an important thing ot get *right* within an organisation. I can think of a few NHS places around here which need competence in admin...
