Is there any way that you could turn the speaking opportunities into extra money that would cover what you would make at Fry's? You've got such great presence, and you've got expertise/credibility on this topic - and this is definitely a hot topic in Executive Education right now (at least up here it is). Also, because you're an expert it may seem like a basic thing to you, but to e.g. manager x who focuses on finance or deadlines, employee engagement may not be on their mind until someone brings it up and gives them the tools to do it.
