*winces* Can't you...I don't know...insist on having access to the camera evidence from the scene of the accident? It should be a matter of public record, like most police-related reports and incidents are.
WTF?! Man, I would so love to kick that police officer in the arse if I could! And all the fees and stuff. BULL. What's wrong people these days; it's like they don't want to help others out?!
On the bright side, I'm glad to hear the recovery process is going all right. Hope things look up soon! *hugs*
