Oh wow. I had bookmarked this forever and finally found the time to read it and I'm so glad I did. I love this story. The relationship between them (both of them, the one they lost and the one they are slowly rebuilding) is portrayed perfectly. I love your characterisation, the pace of the story and all the other characters who make it so colourful and rich.

This is amazing! Such a beautiful reunion, so long overdue for them, and all the more heartwrenchingly lovely for that. Dean finally calling Seamus 'Seem' and then repeating it over and over was just... *flounders for words, flails weakly* They deserve this so much. It was sexy and beautiful and mostly just grin-inducingly disbelievingly 'omg, they're finally together again! I can't believe this is finally happening!' My heart is somewhere in the stratosphere right now. I love that they're bantering and making dirty jokes throughout everything, because it just further underlines how much their longstanding friendship is the key to everything here. They are the absolute best of mates, tried, true, forever, and alway. That's first and foremost and the whole love of each others lives things is part of that, but it's that friendship and closeness that makes it work so well.

I love this so much. That sounds trite and does not even fully encompass what I feel about this story, but it's all I've got. This fic was my gateway into ( ... )
