Nope. Start the witch hunt now!

My parents supported me through Uni (I think they gave me £4-500 a month which was possible with them both working) and my grandparents paid the tuition fees (back when we were there they were only £1k a year). My parents are by no means loaded (middle management and a teacher) but they are very careful and saved and have instilled same attitude in me.

I'm very similar, I save up to buy stuff rather than getting it on credit. Of course now I have no choice, with my erratic income noone in their right mind would offer me credit!

Yeah when I say I've bought a costume 'I can't afford' I mean I've used money earmarked for my savings, not that I've used money I don't have.

Zero as well right now.

Full ride scholarships (room and board, tuition, books, and other incidentals) for undergraduate, master's and grad, and I paid off the cat's radiation therapy a few months ago.
