I've got a lot of reading to catch up on now!  Hello again to all.

So, if you thought they Snuggie was cheesy (yay for blankets w/ arms!) then this next item will be...well cheesier.  It's called the Forever Lazy (lame name) and it's basically a dickie to sleep in.  Here's a link for it:  www.orderforeverlazy.com/flare/next.  Watch the video and ( Read more... )

I LOVED Black Swan, and that's probably the most "recent" movie I've seen, uh, recently. Scott Pilgrim vs. The World was likely my favourite movie last year. More generally, I watched Fight Club again recently and remembered how much I love it and I've been meaning to sit down with my Ed Wood DVD. :D

Yessss. I live in Toronto so it was doubly exciting to see my city being all awesome and stuff. We film a lot of movies here but usually they're not actually SET here. :D Reading the graphic novels and then seeing the movie was a really fun experience because they're largely set in my favourite neighbourhood in the city. I used to live right at the bottom of the stairs Lucas Lee grinds on!!

Guess I'm going to take up the suggestion of Scott Pilgrim. I had seen a lot of great reviews for it, just keep forgetting about it! I'll have to add it on my Netflix. Thanks. :)

Oh, man. It's like trying to watch someone convince me that a onesie is both hip and trendy. :|a

I watched Angel Heart (an old noir mystery movie that's pretty explicit at times) for the first time a while ago, and that was pretty good. Definitely not a feel-good movie, but it was still clever. I also just watched Bedazzled, The Craft, and The Fifth Element a million years after everyone else, and they were all a lot of fun.

I don't think I've seen a movie in theaters since Tron: Legacy and True Grit were out--though both of those are good movies for different reasons. :>

Oh, I first really hated the concept of a snuggie when I first saw them, thinking "Why don't people just wear a bathrobe/dressing gown?" But now looking at that weird thing I kinda want one, because I have a lot of trouble keeping warm in winter. I don't care if that makes me a tool, being warm is awesome :p

You know I keep hearing that. I'll have to see if it's on Netflix and it on. Thanks. :)

hahaha wow, first off they are totally trying to copy off the Snuggie (for some ungodly reason) - to the point where their spokeswoman almost sounds the same as the one for snuggie... and while snuggie looks stupid, this one looks about a hundredfold stupider, it's just downright ugly, lol! Especially in that neon pink!

Oh, don't lie. You know you were already looking at the neon pink. ;)

Yeah, if I were to get a onesie type thing I'd just get a Dickie lol.
