I went last week, a couple of nights before the grand opening, and the food was good, but the waitress was a little clueless. I figured she just didn't know the menu yet, or had never waited tables (or both). Apparently she's not the only one. It's close to work and will be convenient to stop in for dinner on my way home...I hope they pull things together.
The Hamburger Mary's in Chicago is kind of run down and need a new look. Last time I went there, some of the tables & chairs are uneven. The service was blah too. And I think that was two & a half years ago. I haven't been back. My choices are Five Guys, The Burger Bar or The Counter.
