At first when I looked at that photo, I said to myself "I didn't know green pasta exist". Then I read that it was salad, I went 'oh O.K., I thought it was something weird & new. LOL!!!"

I know that was salad in the photo - but had to say I've had green pasta before - it tastes just like regular pasta - except it's green!

Actually it's NOT the salad! Rather it's speghetti with pesto sauce! You guys need to not be so hung up on red sauce! LOL!!! Try it sometime...it's yummy!

I first had fetticini al pesto with George way back in 1980 or so.. never heard of "Green Spaghetti" until then!

But it really did look like salad in your photo. :)
