i do a "ketchup packet" with 5mg of testosterone in 5gm of alcohol gel on each shoulder every morning. Each box = 30 packs so 60/month = 6 boxes. i am very religious about it putting it on right after my shower so it's part of my routine.

I am very religous about putting it on after my morning shower.

I feel like my levels are dropping again. I do 6 pumps a day for 7.5 mg. I hope I don't have to go to 8 pumps.

I get a box shipped to me every three months from the mail-order pharmacy that is my health plan. It is fairly convenient.
