Inversion Table = Bad idea!

All the blood goes to your head!

Stay like that long enough, and you can die - from a bloody head!

Just ask Saint Peter! ;)

The shorts look great on you two!

Albert has one of the inversion machines that he uses from time to time - he says it helps

yeah, that's been considered. He gets drugs, but they don't help a lot. He has funny little sleepy patterns like "the bicycle" and "the penguin". He was organically self-medicating, but he wants to get a job, so...

My Dad had one of those, it is something you must be able to get out of on your own, if you can't it's not safe.

Some can change the balance points to make it easier, some have other ways.

One thing is you want to do it on a pretty empty stomach and not having drunk much fluid.

They are not for everyone, that's for sure. My dad wound up getting rid of the inverter and got a REALLY nice massage chair, it even give foot massages and can strech you. Not quite as good as sex but one of those really close things.

My first partner had one of those back in the 1980s. I found it to be helpful, but you need to ease into using it. The first few weeks, we used it primarily as a teeter-totter, just rocking back and forth to stretch our vertebrae gently. It took us weeks to work up to hanging upside down completely. It really helped my partner's bad back. Fargonrob's advice is definitely spot on. If you do get one, ease into using it....your spine will thank you for not doing anything TOO radical TOO quickly.

yeah, i'm not sure about this...it'll probably wind up like most folks' weight benches and slings...a place to hang the laundry. LOL

Indeed. I think we sold ours at a garage sale before we left SF to move to New Orleans in 1984.
