I know as an ignorant foreigner with no idea of personal safety this is going to be a stupid question, but wouldn't it be more interesting to walk outside rather than on a treadmill?

Just curious as to why so many people in the USA seem to spend hours in a hotel fitness centre when there's often so much to see outside of the hotel ...

I think what it is is being able to keep track of speed, time and distance. But last night I realized just the same thing that if I just went out and turned left that there is a nice trail right there I could follow and then just go 10 min out, turn around and come back. DOH!

Since it's summer right now it does make more sense to go outside, but when winter rolls around it's not as enjoyable being outside, so it's easier to get the same walking/exercise indoors. It also depends upon if there good or safe places to walk around (such as a nature trail or a park).

The photos are great, don't worry you don't need to be perfect all the time. That's great you're keeping up with the workout.

That's great the project is almost over. Maybe you don't need to do so much flying and wearing yourself out.

HUGS & have a great day.
