Cool, it's good not to be emo for no reason.
The trick for me was Vitamin D Supplements and Fish oil. But then we get no sun up here so......

Did you ever get those Dr Scholl's custom arch supports? I'm curious to know if they help because I seem to be getting some fascitis or heel spurs in my left foot.

For spurs, you might want a heel cup. It's a little plastic support you wear under your sock, to distribute weight more evenly over the entire heel, and it makes funny noises when you walk!

hmm...y'know, i've heard fish oil is good for you and if i can take a pill instead of having to actually eat fish (yuck!) then that might be a good idea.

The jury is still out on the inserts. i'm going to give them a month and then i'll do a post on 'em.

What is it about people from the mid-west and fish? Seems like 90% of people i know from that area don't like seafood.
More for me!

Everyday seems like a lot of work...have you considered injectables? I think that's a bi-weekly thing instead of a daily thing.

It's really not that bad. It's an alcohol-based gel and comes in a ketchup packet. i slather it on to both shoulders and then it dries pretty clean. Takes about a minute, if that. As for the shots, well, first, it's a shot. Second, it involves going by the doctor's office every two weeks and with my work schedule, trying to fit that in is not easy. Plus, with the shot you get a big boost at the beginning, but the last couple of days, you're running out and start crashing. Doing it everyday keeps the levels even. i think that works best for me.

Oh good, I'm not the only person that doesn't like needles...

The ketchup packets sound much easier.

That's great the testosterone shots & the CPAP making you feel better(now he need to give you something to make you remember not to leave things behind).

I love the first two photos at the top of the post. Very handsome & sexy. I hope your weekend is going good so far. HUGS!!!
