Great pics Woofer. The way you described this project reminds me of the never ending projects in the city of New Orleans when I was growing up(and this is before Katrina and it's not a joke). I think you're right.
They look like the bunch of miniature chain-link, suspended over the facade of the Opera House in Seattle, upon which they shine "smart lights" (those ones that move and change colors).... but they seldom remove the debris they accumulate!
The light show isn't that spectacular, either......
It looked its' best, when imp_of_satan had her picture taken there, in her black cat-suit, leaning against the glass (her cheek against her own "cheek"!), for her web-logo.
