Your BACC sounds a lot like the MSAC (medium sized accounting firm) I used to toil for. It was (and is) a partnership, and that meant in effect that the minions had 35 bosses in the 35 partners. They all thought they were running their own sole practice. But, I digress.
They used to set up committees to do EVERYTHING. My suggestion that they form a Committee Committee to organize the committees was never implemented. I still think they should have :)
And sorry about the poor Jeep :(
I for one will be enjoying a break from the $250 monthly A/C bills, well, until they are replaced by the $250 monthly heating bills. Wheeeeeeeeee.... :)

Grrr, looking good handsome! Yeah, we have meetings ever monday morning that drag on... but at least takes up most the monday... and we're lucky that summer is kicking in here:)
