I remember at one old post Matt written last year about the time he couldn't sleep because his knee was still giving him much pain. He went to the doctor & asked for better medicine and he got it. If Matt can remember what the doctor gave him, maybe you can ask you doctor to give you that particular medicine that help Matt ease the pain. It might help.
