Mostacholi is a very St Louis dish and no wedding reception can be held without it. It's like a cross between speghetti and lasagna made with elbow macaroni and comes from "The Hill", St Louis' traditional Italian enclave (the way the Germans were in "Dutchtown" and the Irish were in "Dogtown"). Mix this with cheap liquor and you'll know why those bathrooms were always so nasty when i got there on Sunday morning. *ugh*
