That pic of you laying upside down, WOOF!!! Anyway good luck on the next project. Just let it flow & see what happens or send out the vibes of what project you would like to take. Wow, I thought your last trip to Chicago was three weeks ago? When I was reading about how much weight you'll gain this time? NBC Ch.5 news just mention that your job that has long hours, might be the reason why people gain weight because the worker use comfort foods. I don't know if I believe it but that's what they said. Oh yeah if your doctor or a gym have a hot tub, jump in there. It's help me when my bones are tight and need to loosen up a bit. Get well Woofer & you and Kiwi have a great weekend. Oh, they're right. i've been sitting on my ass for long hours for the better part of three years and i've gained about a hundred pounds!!

I feel your pain; rather, I felt it. A few years ago I ended up with 2 herniated discs in my neck from bad posture using computers.

I got some good drugs and some PT to make ti better; hopefully yours will calm down.

Advil can be your friend if there's no Vicodin in reach....

Y'know, Vicodin doesn't do anything for me. i hope this passes...it's getting old.
