I love "small but noisy" :-)

Mine is "It seemed like a good idea at the time"

Also extremely fitting. Meaningless monkey mind distractions are fun!

Although they're all great mottos, as a heraldic motto in Latin or French I think "small but noisy" would have the best rhythm. :)
