Blue Jay Pitcher told to wear long sleeves owing to the multiple tatoos on his arm. Apparently they're considered "a distraction", however given that according to this article, his body is more than 50% covered in tatoos, they should be glad that pitchers aren't allowed to pitch shirtless, nevermind short sleeves XD
