Hacked (phone game review)

I've been playing a programming-puzzle game on my phone called Hacked, and enjoying it a lot. It feels really good to be coding again, to be thinking algorithmically, to go "OK, how will I code this?" and then "Let's figure out exactly how it's not working and fix it." Whenever I read these things I think "Hey, that could be fun."

And then I think "Hang on, I could just write some actual code, and get some project stuff working."

(Not that I think that coding games are a bad idea, or object to other people playing them.)

Yeah, I probably wouldn't be as interested in playing it if I had some actual coding projects on the go. But not having the time or energy or inspiration to start any, the game is a good way to exercise the same sort of brain pathways.
(Then again, Alex enjoys it too and he does have coding projects, at work and at home.)

Yeah, the puzzle element is probably stronger for some people, and enough to push it into being enough fun to play as a game.
