Five times Ganta hated Deadman Wonderland, and one time he was glad to be there.

The bastard called himself "Goshawk". He was big, twice Ganta's height and more muscular than Senji. His hair was matted with his own (and Ganta's) blood. His Branch of Sin was a set of throwing knives that was extremely accurate.

Goshawk wiped his bleeding mouth. "Fucking punk, I've been here twice as long as you!" he snarled. "Give me that CP--it's been almost three days!"

Ganta clutched at a bleeding arm. He hated when some of the more rough and tumble Deadman thought they could beat him down. "I earned it..!"

"I ain't going to die because of you!"

Ganta dodged Goshawk's charge, aiming a shot at his head. He wasn't thinking--he wouldn't have fired it if he was--and closed his eyes at the blast hit Goshawk's face point blank.

He really hated Deadman Wonderland sometimes.

His dream was fitful. He thought he was being crushed by a cave in, every part of his body aching.

Then Ganta woke up to a smiling, grinning painted face.

"Ohoho! You really should learn to lock your door, silly boy."

... Choplin. This wasn't good.

"I'm busy."

"Ganta's not busy~! Look what Shiro has!"

... That Tamaki was worse than the shitty four-eyes sometimes. Why did he have to give Shiro another horn?
