A couple of years ago I was out with some friends of mine, who have a little girl she had to be no older than about three or four at the time. we were having beef brisket and were out in a resturant. after we were served our food, we all bowed our heads and said a silent prayer after we were finished , kat thier daughter looked at over at the plate

heh, it seems that we are oft blinded by our own presumed intelligence

how true. nothing like the candor of a child to wake us to that. there seems to be a lot of wisdom in innocence, as one gets older and jaded it seems to diminish (at least in my case)
