size 13 boots...... hmmm. Have you tried pangelan dreams in london. they do a reasonable pair if i remember correctly. Your other option is to get a pair of square toed cowboy boots. (ebay) cut off the straps and attach a tall fold over top. If you are interested i;ll try to dig out some more details from my library.

Sadly, whitby is right out this year as all my money is going into the business. Not that it will cost much to run, but building the site is a bit major.
