Photography is great. I also have a photo blog on irecha - unfortunately, I haven't been able to update much lately; mostly because of problems with my spine. I don't know if I'll be able to carry my equipment back to Budapest today, either. SIGH! I want to do a photo shoot with miou_vicioso so bad, I promised her ages ago... but I can't even carry my stuff. (It's not that it's heavy - it's that I can barely carry anything.)

You should take a look at Olympus too, their compacts are neat.

I'm really sorry about your spine. Health problems suck. I hate being limited or confined. I really do hope you start feeling better soon.

Nikons are sexy! I would feel sexy by extension if I just carried one around. But they are also ridiculously expensive. If I ever manage to write a book and then sell it, my reward is a sexy new digital Nikon. :)

I am feeling better... but it's a gradual process, and that annoys prezzey the ever impatient.

I think it's a combination of what you are selling and who is selling it. Some folks are just amazing salespeople. Me on the other hand -- I would have a hard time selling water in the desert.

Which is too bad. I think that a certain amount of salesmanship is helpful in life. I really would like to make a living writing, but that does require selling my books and myself to an editor.
