I watched some random Mushishi episodes as feel-better medicine. GINKO. TANYUU. OH MY GOD. I never realized just how OTP they are! I mean, sure, I knew they had adorable chemistry and all that but. Have you seen the live-action movie? \o/ I saw it before I finished Mushishi, so I remember it better and I'm a little fuzzy on the actual series BUT I think Ginko and Tanyuu had more moments in the movie. They had a giant chunk, at any rate.

Mushishi has to be one of the best anime I have ever seen. The animation is gorgeous and the story is unique and interesting.

I also rec the live-action!
