I actually have an explanation for this! :P If I were ever to cast genderswapped Winchesters, Missy Peregrym is hands down my Sam, and she's only 5'6! /long explanation

Oh honey, this is gorgeous <3. Especially girl!Sam's profile! I like that she's handsome-pretty rather than cute-pretty, kind of like Jennifer Garner.

She doesn't expect Castiel when he appears beside her and taps her shoulder, but doesn't jump at his presence either

He bites her nose lightly afterwards, and she laughs for real that time, chokes on a giggle before grinning at him widely, unable to help herself. He smiles back, only a little, but it's one of the strangest and most beautiful things she's ever seen, and she just wants to kiss him again. And again. And again, and again, and again, and never stop -

"Dean thinks you're getting breakfast, doesn't he?" Castiel asks after a moment, running a hand through the tangled mess of her soaked hair but never seeming to snag - angelic fingers had their bonuses it seemed, and she coughed and blushed at the thoughts that idea lead to.

"Yeah," she said, rolling her eyes. "It's my turn."

Castiel nods, and disappears; she hardly has time to catch a breath before he reappears with two white paper bags and picks up the umbrella to keep them dry. "How long would a walk normally take?"

She doesn't answer him in words. She just dives straight into using up the saved minutes more wisely.
