Even though, at this point, grades don't really matter - it's not like I'm going to grad school and they'll be looking at my transcript - I still care. It's like I have a case of senioritis, but not really. I may not be inclined to study or do work (less studying, more reading!), but those grades matter just as much as they did freshman year. Yes, your grades do matter. You should put them on your resume. Ok, if you have bad grades, you can skip it and hope that they do not ask, but if you do list it, an employer skimming your resume will see it and get a good impression of you. It gives them an opinion of you that you worked hard in school and that you are likely to work hard again at work. First impressions matter.

Oh I do have them on my resume, or at least my GPA. But I still feel like it doesn't have that strong of an overall impact on my resume as - for instance - work experience does. But then again, it's not like my resume has been much used, since I haven't gone serious job hunting yet. (but soon!)

Start searching for jobs as soon as you can. Trust me, by the time you start, it is too late. It is better to start searching before your dream jobs is looking than after.

I know >.< The only thing that's holding me back currently is getting all my stuff together and writing a good cover letter, which I plan to do this weekend.

Random question - did you ever send thank you notes to employers after a career fair?
