Guess who just watched the series finale of Friday Night Lights. Go on, guess it.

I don't even know what to say. I need more time and more tears and a bigger heart, because this one feels like it isn't enough right now.

I should spare you a reiteration of my reaction, though. I'm still not sure exactly what one word mood my reaction comes down to, anyway.

I was going though a strange anti-social phase, and then last month my mom had surgery and all my time went into taking care of things/her. I've actually been trying for weeks to write a "I am back from lurkerdom!" post, but I kept not finishing it. I did see when you posted about Tim and Becky (FAMILY) and that you had a finale reaction post, but that one I covered my eyes and scrolled past going LA LA LA IF I DON'T READ IT IT ISN'T OVER. Logic, yo.

The only word I got to describe my reaction is *cries*.

What happened to your mom? She's doing well, I hope?

I get the antisocial stage -- I spent like two and a half months not posting and then decided I needed to wail about FNL.

She had a hysterectomy, and it all went fine, but a lot of rest was required after. This meant some running around on my part, but thankfully she's practically recovered by now. Thank you for asking!

I kept starting posts, but never finishing them, which is impressive because they were all tiny. But I felt the need to share the FNL love too, even if it was only by sharing a virtual teary look with the people who'd understand.

God, that was one of the scenes that made me all *flaily hands of too much joy*. I absolutely love how much Becky came to matter to Tim.

Every time I even think about it I want to start crying all over again. I also want all the music ever from this episode, even knowing that will probably not help with this crying business.
