I'm not talking about just posting on this journal. True journaling is when you have a private journal that no one else reads where you can get real with yourself and with God. I never cease to be amazed at how much better I feel after I take some much needed time with my journal, my bible, my pen and the sunny breezy day. I LOVE sitting outside ( Read more... )
