Congrats on getting the cc down to managable levels!

And re: the weight, I think it would help if you find ways to stay active that aren't just the gym- remember how much we walk in the city? The move to the suburbs is probably a big part of the gain. stuff like always parking in the farthest away parking space, walking to stores that are closeish instead of driving, can help recreate the city lifestyle.

But yes, you did it once, you can do it again! You should subscribe to Shape and Self, they helped me lost weight my first year here. Then you should send me the copies when you read them. XD Ganbatte!

I subscribed to SELF just last week, since I end up buying it every month anyways...haha def will send the old ones on to you :) Working a desk job opposed to being the clown entertainer teacher is a big difference in my excercise ^_^;

It's okay, sweetie. I know you'll get back on track! I am making it a goal to work out a minimum of four times a week and am currently back to counting calories (oy,vey!). Motivate, motivate, motivate! We can do it!

Sounds like your money is well in hand (I am jealous) as well as the socializing (still jealous!).

*sigh* Japan. I totally want to visit again, already.

Yay go Mel! 4 times a week is kick ass! I should probably do the calorie counting too, but my stubborn fat inner self always stamps her foot when I suggest it.

I know I didn't think this would be true, but I would love to go back to Japan again soon...
