I am sad to read that this is coming to an end, but it is hurting towards it beautifully. You have managed to keep the characters well written throughout the entire story-- the pacing is lovely, and you have given us a wonderful update schedule. I hope that you feel rather proud of your story, I know that I have enjoyed it immensely.

Oh, I'm so glad Sansa and Sandor are going to Winterfell after all :)

But I'm also sad that there are only 2 more chapters to look forward to. You've taken us on such a wonderful journey with this fic, and I've enjoyed every single step so far!!

I don't think any of you could possibly have enjoyed this journey as much as I have. I've learned so much from writing these two and gained even more from all the support I've received along the way. Thank you!

Reeds!

*ahem*

I am not entirely sure what I am going to do with myself when this and "Cut it out..." are finished.

You have kept Sansa and Sandor both so beautifully THEM, and allowed Sandor to follow a natural, believable arc following his time at the QI. I love how he is getting exposed to the "Northern Ways" and things he cannot explain... I've always preferred the Old Gods to the Seven, so it's doing my heart good to see them subtly included in this chapter.

Thanks! I agree with you and think Sandor would likely feel much more drawn to the old gods the more he learns about them - just as he seems to fit the mold of a northman much more so than a southerner. I'd like to think his exposure to the Seven on Quiet Isle was only the beginning of his spiritual journey and that he'll learn and grow and expand his thinking as time goes on.

Great chapter, I loved Sandor's meeting with Howland Reed and Rickons back, yay! Really looking forward to seeing where you take us with the final few chapters.

Thank you! :)

The final chapters are already simmering in my pointed little head. I just need to transfer thoughts to words now and hope I can do it all justice.

Awww very sweet chapter! I didn't see this happening, but i really loved it cause they have both been through so much that they deserve to at long last hear some news. & it's just wonderful to hear sandor telling sansa that if she wants to go away one day, he will help her cause it reinforces what sansa wants in the books, to be loved for herself not her claim <3
I Don't want this story to end! it's been such a beautiful, meaningful, deep fic that despite knowing it will have a brilliant ending, it makes me sad :'( But you've done GREAT with this!!
