So confused.

My college choices have come down to two: Wesleyan College in Georgia or Mary Baldwin College in Virginia. I dont know how to choose between them! Help! I am so torn, I love the idea of both colleges and part of me wishes I could just split myself into two so I could attend both.

Wesleyannes and Baldwinites out there, give me your two cents,

mary baldwin college, wesleyan college, *questions from prospectives (specific)

LOVE Baldwin! I'm graduating from Baldwin this Sunday and couldn't imagine myself anywhere else. Tell me what you want to know.

Virginia is one of the most beautiful states in the Union...something to consider :)

I graduate from Baldwin on Sunday and I have to say that although I hate somethings about the college, I love it and wouldn't trade it for the world. If you know your major I would say look at the programs.

Tell me about the things you hate, please. I've heard all of the good things about the schools, I need to know what to look out for to make an informed decision.

As someone who now is NOT graduating because I got screwed by a professor please take everything I list with a grain of salt. The food now is improperly cooked and handled. While most professors will work with you, if you are not in good with your professors your GPA is doomed and because most departments are small if you annoy one you annoy the only one in the department. Another thing that is problematic at the college is that you recieve different answers from different places on the same question leading to quite a lot of running around and confusion. There are others but these are the biggest problems and things I hate about the college.

I don't know either of the schools in particular, but take a look at what's close to them and about the areas. Which area could you see yourself living in more? I do know that they're both spectacular schools and you'll do wonderfully at either and sometimes you need to take the decision from the merits of the school and more to the area that you're more interested in living in.

For example, I went to college in Pittsburgh because I wanted to be in an urban environment where I could walk to basically everything I needed and I wanted to experience the seasons (I had previously lived in California).

I am uber involved in college clubs/student life in my current school, I usually dont go out much once I am installed but to refill a glue gun here and there . I think I could adapt to either, to be honest.
