Your Shape has gotten a lot of really good feedback so far. Because it is backed by many health magazines. Dancemasters was terrible, and I'm not anticipating Dance Paradise to be much better honestly.

And then of course, our favorite Spice Girl is coming out with her little fitness game "Get Fit with Mel B." Now that is already out on the Playstation Move, and that looks like it could be pretty cool.

And if you like Michael Jackson's music, Michael Jackson: The Experience is coming out for Kinect as well. It's a dance title that came out for the Wii during the holidays, and getting ports to the other two systems now!

Ya I saw Dance Masters and was going to buy because it was cheaper but you get what you pay for I suppose. And I love Dance Central so much more in such a short period of time. xDD

MJ ah....if I don't look a like a total idiot dancing to his music hopefully it'll be a fun challenge!

Thank you for the comment though! I didn't know Mel B was coming out with one to tell the truth! :D

I have Your Shape, and the only problem is there isn't a ton of variety. I was hoping for more gym games and more 'fun' ways to get fit.

It does have a personal trainer, which is nice. In one of the recent Gaming Magazines I read, it gave EA Active the best review.

EB Games girl said that too. She did say your shape was very precise though too but she said EA was the one that kept you motivated to continue on with it.

Thank you for the comment and information! :D Very much appreciated!

Your Shape is pretty good (though it doesn't always pick up on your body at times- usually during yoga) and I find I get a good workout using it. *However* my fitness level is slim to none at the moment (I used to lift weights regularly but for about a year I've had very little actual activity) so...of course getting up and moving is giving me a good workout. :P Your mileage may vary. It's good, if nothing else, as supplemental cardio.

Dance Central is incredibly fun to workout with if you do the songs on Hard. And put your all into the routine. =D

I'm addicted to Dance Central. It is so much fun it doesn't feel like a workout! :D

Thank you very much for the input! :D I'll have to see if I can borrow the game to judge. I'm not a total sloucher (can't be with 3 dogs to walk! xD) but I'll have to take a look at Your Shape to see exactly. . .

If you have dumbells or a resistance band the personal training that targets specific areas is great for toning. The routines are about 20 mins long each so combined with, say, 20 mins of cardio on Dance Central you have a not-half-bad workout session. :)

I have played the demo's for both Your Shape and The Biggest Loser, and if I was going to choose based on those then I would choose The Biggest Loser.
The demo for Your Shape was pathetic, the only activity you could participate in was a block smashing "game" that was very repetitive and boring. While the demo for the biggest loser features a ten minute workout session, which actually varies every time I try it, and it then gives you an evaluation of your results.
I was so unimpressed with the demo for Your Shape that I decided not to buy it.

Wow! I'll have to download Biggest Loser then! I didn't think it would be that great but looks can be deceiving I suppose! Thank you very much for the advice! :D

I just bought EA Sports Active 2 and I love it. By the end of my workout I could feel the workout everywhere. I feel very motivate to pick it back up and I'm actually excited about working out again tomorrow. It definitely is more intense than the WiiFit, but I love it already. I picked up Your Shape but have not tried it out yet although I have also heard good reviews about it.

Also, Dance Central is amazing! :)
