It might take a RAM upgrade, but you should be able to pull it off. BootCamp doesn't wipe out the Mac OS you already have. It just creates a partition through which you can boot your machine into either Mac or Windows. Parallels is also an option, but that involves running your Windows program within the Mac OS itself & slows everything down something awful.
My Mac Mini has 4G RAM with a 500G hard drive & 300G Scratch. It handles BootCamp just fine. And I'm not exactly gentle with my machine. It has the full CS5 Professional suite & a number of other hefty programs to boot. I BootCamped it to play Civ5 & ran at full resolution with no problems.
