Despite going to bed early, once again I was up thrashing on the Invasion America scenario until after midnight, partly because I spent yesterday afternoon clicking my way through this page on globalsecurity.org and taking copious notes. Kudos on the weight loss! I really know how friggin' difficult losing weight is. I finally lost all the weight I put on over the winter. One of the results of working 2 jobs and missing dinner 3 nights a week. I plan to use some of the my new free time walkign, if it would only stop raining, now. Also try to get more sleep. I read that people who get proper sleep are more successful with weight loss. Good luck and keep up the good work!

Thanks for the support! I think the biggest reason people do better if they get adequate sleep is that lack of sleep makes you depressed and/or stupid, both of which make it very hard to stay on the diet and keep up the exercise. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it. ^^
