So yesterday I stopped by the Alexandria campus of NVCC on my way to the Arlington Center, where I was going to turn in my homework and take my advanced accounting final. The stop was for the express purpose of printing out the homework, which was a page & a half worth of analysis and comments on various CPA scenarios, and no sooner had I booted up

Since I'm still on NVCC's alert-text system, I was getting the warnings. Quite frankly, I'd have just gone out to my car and gone home. Lockdowns for anything short of an active shooter on campus, are more security theater.
