[Finally, after a few days of mostly keeping to herself, Sarea has wandered out into the ship; in husky mode, of course! Can't have anyone knowing her yet! Besides, it's always funny to see peoples reactions to a husky working the elevators and other such things, plus she usually gets a good rub from someone in this form! She's been to deck 9 with

Though some might be afraid of an unknown dog wandering around, Akagi has no such qualms. He tries to wave it over with his hand, calling out to it in Japanese.]
Here, here.

The husky scents the air a bit before obediently trotting over, his scent clean enough. She can always shift if he tries anything, anyways. Rea stops right in front of him, looking up at him expectantly with her tail wagging as if to say 'yes?']

You're big, aren't you. You'd make a good guard dog.

It takes him a moment before he realizes that he's not alone and that there's a dog on the deck. A rather large dog. Is it a passenger? It's not like it would be strange. After all, there's Lenny and Thom.]
Um...hey dere.
[He gives the dog a small wave. How exactly does he talk to a dog?]

...a troll, apparently. She thinks? Maybe? S'long as he's friendly, she really doesn't care. And as soon as he speaks, her ears prick, the accent clicking at once. This is Kevas! She's caught between staying as a dog or shifting to human, since she knows him! In the end she decides to stay as a husky; poor guy's already on his way to being drunk anyways.
So, tail wagging, she lopes over and plops down on her butt beside him, barking once and staring up at him. She's curious as to what he'll do~]

Kevas slowly reaches towards it, not wanting to startle it, and begins scratching it behind its ear. Dogs like that right? He can't remember. He's always liked dogs back home. Not as much as he liked raptors, but dogs were always good company without having to deal with conversation and for a drunk like him, that's perfect.]
Guessin' joo be anoddah passengah.

Rea eyes the booze while he's rubbing her, tongue lolling. Tequila, she's pretty sure; Kevas must be wanting to forget about something, or just not think straight period. She knows that feeling well, and knows it would be a bad idea if she happened to shift right now. Being startled when drunk can lead to very bad side effects...]

Hng...
[It was a displeased sound as he opened his eyes and sat up, noticing Sarea in her husky form. It didn't look like Thom...]
Are you another talking animal or do you like chewing on clothing?

She can scent just a hint of canine on him, in him, but it's not strong enough for him to be a lycan. Besides, if he was, he would've scented her as soon as she was on the deck. Rea simply gives a woof and keeps staring at him, not sure what he'll do.]

[He lowered his hand down infront of her face, incase she wanted to sniff and allow him to scratch behind her ears.]

His nose twitches a moment before he sees the other dog, at which point he grins WIDE, dropping the leash so he can talk.]
Hi!!!
[Tail's wagging quite hard now.]

The dog just talked, and this really shouldn't be surprising to someone who can shift forms, but... lycan's can only talk in human and lupine form, not dog or wolf, so this is a bit unusual.
However, his tails wagging pretty quick, so she gives a bark in reply and continues forwards cautiously, fairly certain he's friendly. The voice seemed familiar, though...]

... Wow, she smelled REALLY interesting. Thom had never met a dog that smelled like so many other creatures. But she LOOKED like a dog, almost like him, but with paws instead of thumbs! Her arms looked different too, elbows up high instead of midway to the ground.]
Hi, hi! Are you new? I don't recognize your smell. I'm Thom, I -
Oh, oh wow. You don't have a collar.
[Thom's own collar is visible under his neckruff. There's a normal-looking fabric collar with a leash catch, but under that, a band of metal with odd markings. It'll expand as he grows.]

He seems a bit shaken at the fact that she's not wearing a collar, so Rea does her best to even the odds; she moves forwards and lays down so that her paws are just in front of his, tail wagging in a friendly motion. The husky barks once, ears up and inviting; there are no alpha's here, Thom, relax.]
