I just thought that you all should know that Walk the Line very closely resembled a religious experience, except, instead of Jesus and the Virgin Mary, it was with Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon.

Also, Larry Bagby (Larry Blaisdell from Buffy) is in the movie, and it amused me.

One down, three to go ...I took my first exam on Friday. Nothing special -- not nearly as bad as it could have been, but I still doubt that I wrote anything resembling a perfect exam. The questions were bizarre and vague, but hopefully I did as well as I think I did ( Read more... )

Today was my last class of Winter Semester 05-06. Woot! Friday, Monday, and next Thursday are exams. Ugh. Not happy, but comforted in the knowledge that all I have to do is pass them. I met with Prof. Weisbrod, my "Fascism" professor, today. We only talked for about ten minutes, but he's a really interesting dude. We talked about war literature, and the non-chalant way he said "I wrote an article on him" was actually rather amusing.
