A definition of rudeness
Going into a shop three minutes before closing time*, looking around, then getting into a detailed discussion with an employee about what you might like to buy, if it comes in a different finish, but I'm not sure if that's the right size, and what else do you have that might be better

Same goes for sitting down in a restaurant 5 minutes before closing time.
