EasyShare Problem - Please Help

Feb 25, 2008 23:34

I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I am having to redownload and reinstall EasyShare every single time I go to upload pictures from my camera.

Any ideas?

I need more info. Is EasyShare not starting automatically when you plug in your camera? If so, is it not findable in the Start menu?

Part or all of the program is missing every time I go to run it. The icon is still on my desktop, but the executable file, and who-knows-what-else is missing. I have to go to the Kodak website and re-download the program, and then re install it.

Microsoft Camera failed it says it has an 'invalid Operation Identifier". whatever that means.

*le sigh*

umm, more clarity

Same day seems to be okay. This leads me to wonder if something in my clean up software isn't recognizing ES as a nasty and removing it.
