I totally understand the feelings of isolation and depression. I get that way too, being stuck away up north, in a bad town, just far enough away thsat it makes getting rides difficult. Solitude is rarely fun, but often necessary.

ok sadly the best advice i can give your gonna dislike. one, call friends and impose on them. get the rides you need to things that are "essential and necessary". you have a bevy of friends who have called on you in the past. its your turn. and you will find that when you reach out like this you may not get all the help you want but you will get some help. some is better than none. *hey look a brightside ( ... )

thank you. I am not poking at you snarking at you or otherwise picking on you. But I have been calling on people and you are not the only one who has not been able to show up when I needed people ( ... )

As to prayer, I have been. I have been in so much pain these last weeks that I haven't been able to do my daily meditations. The Gods seem to be saying that it's okay, that They aren't angry with me, and don't expect me to function in pain. Which feels like They don't even need me, or want me, but were only tolerating my daily presense.

You do realize that's complete bullshit?

Probably. I do tend to give things the most negative spin I can, when I am stuck.
