Been pondering the fact that I don't have a will and given the fact that I am approaching 40 this is something I should sort out.

Though my accountant assures me everything pretty much goes to Stu even without a will so perhaps everything will automatically go to your mum?

I'm thinking beyond that.

Mum has cirrhosis of the liver and she will probably be gone within 15 years.

I'm certainly ain't leaving shit to my bros and sister.
