I resolved a long time ago that I would never complain about rain.

But it's a bit of a pain when you've got an event on...

I hope Beorg-Wic isn't rained out. Not that it'll matter unless it's absolutely pelting down. Do you think Harald Hardrada stopped at Stamford Bridge just because of a little rain? I don't think so.

Huh? What's a Beorg-whatsis and who was Harry Hardrada?

But yes, if one has an event or wants to dry some clothes it can be a nuisance.

Beorg-Wic, the AAF's annual event. Weekend camping medieval event. Very wet this year... Will be posting a report shortly.

Harald Hardrada - the Viking king who almost prevented the other Harald from being at Hastings to try and stop Billy Conk.
