I honestly could not find Slender Man to be creepy in the least - there was something about just POPPING UP the way he does that made him rather awesome in my book. The same thing happened with Pyramid Head, in SH2. Everyone said I would be scared as fuck of him but I just found him SO AWESOME.

I found Masky, as retarded as he is, to be far more creepy than Slender Man.

Masky? Oh! I...kinda found Masky cheesy, except for the one moment where he launches himself off the couch. That actually startled me really badly.

I think I was desensitized to Pyramid Head because I've only seen Let's Plays of SH2 after I read all the plot analysis for the game. It really sort of destroys the suspense. |D;;

Haha yeah. I mean, okay, his design and meaning behind him is creepy and "wut" inducing. But there's just something about a helmet wearing monster that molests the other monsters that's just...not...scary.
