I've had to pack up all my art supplies until Monday because even though the nephew and the sister aren't coming until later today, mom wanted everything cleaned up now. And when I woke up this morning, my back almost felt fine, but after doing chores that mom wanted me to do and cleaning up everything it's hurting again. Insert choice swear words

q about your back: Have you tried ice? when I was recovering from dying of sinus congestion, I had some bizarre pain in the left side of my lower back, and my first instinct was to put a heating pad on it, but apparently heat irritates the nerves; I tried icing it a few days in (which i was afraid of because, collllllllllllllld) and the next day the pain was gone.

No, I hadn't. I probably would've screamed if I had. Dad suggested a heat pack, since the cold would most likely make the muscles tense up more. I dunno. :x
