Weirdest experience ever calling the Dell sales department. First they had me call their French office, by which I mean the one located in France, to speak to someone in French. Result: BATTLE OF THE ACCENTS!! Then it turned out I couldn't order English Windows 7 with French Canadian keyboard, so I told the nice (and very French) lady on the phone
