Decorated now, although we didn't put any of the plain balls on. I'm trying to decide if I want to. They're the ones that attract the cats the most, which means they'll most likely also attract Jake. He's been good about staying away from it, but the super shinies might be too much. More on flickr.

Oooo, seven minute frosting! I've always wanted to try that. Have no excuse really now that I have a KitchenAid.

I have a kitchenaid too, but it doesn't help for 7 minute frosting since you have to cook it in a double boiler. I actually tried to whisk it by hand, but wasn't even a minute into it before I broke out the hand mixer. LOL

I actually think it's grainy because I didn't have the heat up high enough to melt the sugar. No matter, it still tastes good!
