College textbooks are a racket. They also use lower quality bindings than high school textbooks so that the books fall apart faster, limiting the number of times a book can be sold used.

Have you tried looking for the type of software that "reads" books for the blind? They talk *really* fast, but it is so incredibly worthwhile if you have dyslexia difficulties.

Sadly that stuff is usually super expensive and i am not sure if I can afford it....

how about half.com? it's part of ebay, and that's where I usually find most of my textbooks for cheaper. Hope that helps and good luck sweetie! *hugs*
