SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 5 TO 10 CM EXPECTED OVER THE INNER SOUTH COAST EXCEPT 15 CM OVER HOWE SOUND AND WHISTLER. UP TO 10 CM OF ADDITIONAL SNOW IS FORECAST OVER THE INLAND

Hilariously enough, that would probably shut down the entire Austin area. Just because they don't understand things like salting the roads and there's like...one snow plow in the entire city.

At home in the D.C. area, it wouldn't be an issue.

See, in Austin, that makes sense. How much snow can Texas really get? Vancouver also only has limited snow plows. But Jeez, this is CANADA. They may not get snow often, but they DO get it. And they panic like babies.
